The Departmental Museum of Gap

The departmental museum is located in the Parc de la Pépinière in Gap. Opened to the public in 1910, it is the only French museum in the Hautes-Alpes. Heir to the cabinets of curiosities, witness to heritage and actor of biodiversity, it houses encyclopaedic collections of enlightened amateurs.
